Security and Energy Efficiency
Excellent security comes as standard with all Schüco AWS 70 SC windows. The top-brand window hardware effectively secures the window across multiple locking points and is operated by an equally secure premium window handle. Internal glazing beads and other security features built into the window design create a highly secure window.
U-Values are excellent, comfortably meeting or exceeding current Building Regulations with U-Values as low as 1.1Wm2K or better, depending on the glass specification chosen. Schüco AWS 70 SC windows are available double or triple glazed.
Personalisation Options
The sophisticated design in all Schüco AWS 70 SC windows offers a choice of frame styles and no less than five different sash profile designs. Each of these allows the creation of any window design, including heavy-duty windows for commercial buildings or when the largest possible window sizes are part of the design. Premium aluminium profiles are professionally coloured and treated in virtually any powder-coated, anodised, metallic dual-colour or textured surface finish.
Glass options are also extensive with standard glass comprising 28mm sealed units having a soft-coat low-emissivity coating, warm edge spacer bars and argon gas fill. Triple glazing, laminated glass, built-in glass blinds, obscure, acoustic or solar control are all available with these crafted highly-engineered windows.
