Exlabesa KC75 – Bespoke contemporary windows
With its well-design 75mm deep outer frame, Exlabesa KC75 aluminium windows are designed for easy window replacements with minimum disruption to internal plaster lines. In addition, beautiful aluminium windows with a slimline internal and external appearance are also intended to provide a premium window solution in newly built openings.

Flexible window solutions for modern or traditional homes
Flush and chamfered profile options for the inside of Exlabesa KC75 windows give projects two styling options to suit both modern homes or older properties, where the softer internal styling works better. For commercial buildings, a comprehensive range of ancillary profiles creates individual, ribbon or custom-designed windows.
Available as side-hung or top projecting outwards, including fixed window modules, Exlabesa KC75 is highly flexible and comes with an egress facility for windows fitted on the first floor. Equally impressive are the large opening vent sizes up to 1500mm high or 1500mm wide for top-hung casements and up to 900mm wide or 1500 mm high for side-hung windows.
Security and Energy Efficiency
Excellent security comes as standard in our entire range of crafted aluminium windows. Exlabesa KC75 comes with quality window locks, securing across multiple locking points and operated by strong and stylish locking handles. Internal glazing beads secure glass units from the inside, with this quality-made window also having excellent weather protection.
Exlabesa KC75 windows come in insulated aluminium profiles, with U-Values as low as 1.4 W/m2K depending on the glass specification chosen and meeting current Building Regulations. Trickle ventilators in the head section also meet ventilation requirements for new build homes or replacement window projects.
Personalisation Options
The insulated aluminium profiles come with an additional thermal upgrade, using advanced foam strips and further increasing the thermal performance of the windows. A full range of RAL, BS or Syntha Pulvin colours protect Exlabesa KC75 windows and offer a low-maintenance new aluminium window.
For your glass, there’s a complete choice of clear or obscure double or triple-glazed units, all having a soft-coat low-emissivity coating, warm edge spacer bars and argon gas fill. Glass upgrades to enhanced security laminated glass, integral blinds, or acoustic glass units are all available with a quality-made Exlabesa KC75 window by Aluminium Doors and Windows Ltd.
