Dual operation. Tilt for ventilation, turn for access
The Alumil S77 Tilt and Turn Window provides convenient tilt back ventilation. Close the window, rotate the handle and benefit from a fully open windows and to clean the outside pane of glass from inside the room.
This makes S77 the natural choice for upper floors, apartments and any location where external cleaning access is impractical or expensive. Roof terraces and matching tilt and turn doors are another of its unique features, alongside concealed opening sashes for an even slimmer look.
Acoustic performance and security
The substantial 77mm frame depth and effective multi-level sealing contribute directly to strong acoustic performance, meaningful noise reduction in urban locations and sites near roads, railways or airports. When specified with laminated or acoustic glazing, S77 delivers exceptional sound insulation where internal comfort depends on it.
Security is delivered through multi-point locking engaging around the full frame perimeter. Alumil S77 can be specified to meet RC2 burglary resistance classifications where project requirements demand it. The robust hardware and substantial frame construction add resistance to forced entry beyond the locking mechanism alone.
Personalisation Options
The S77 Tilt & Turn Window is finished using powder coating, anodising or dual-colour options where internal and external colours differ. A broad palette is available including standard RAL colours, metallic finishes and wood-effect treatments.
Triple glazing is commonly specified with S77 to achieve the lowest possible U-values, and the frame capacity accommodates thick glazing units without any operational compromise.
