Exlabesa ECW-50 stick-system curtain walling
Creating virtually endless project designs, in commercial buildings or for large expansive screens in dwellings, Exlabesa ECW-50 curtain walling is slim, robust, fully weather sealed and designed to perform. With its slim 50mm sightline throughout, Exlabesa curtain walling creating symmetry with glazing, a contemporary appearance and maximising the light into any building.
The convenient stick system allows large expanses of glazing across an entire elevation and the product integrates perfectly with aluminium windows, matching Exlabesa commercial doors, a variety of aluminium or spandrel panels, glass and louvres.

Fully CWCT certified, Exlabesa ECW-50 curtain walling uses the Exlabesa know-how in quality facade systems, starting with premium aluminium profiles with a durable and protective colour finish. Separate mullions in a choice of depths to suit the application works with polyamide thermal breaks, high-specification glass units or panels, and finished with a powder coated capping at the front, available in a range of sizes and styles.
A modular system, designed for easy installation and assembly on site, thanks to its smart stick design, where each curtain walling ‘ladder’ easily connects to the next, creating the facade. Mullions up to 250mm deep and transoms up to 195mm deep create taller screens with or without structural tie-backs, depending on the project.
Security and Energy Efficiency
With thermally broken profiles, Exlabesa ECW-50 curtain walling comfortably meets building specifications, with U-Values depending on the overall calculation and glass or panels chosen. A maximum 46mm glazing rebate, allows triple glazing, inset casement windows or doors, larger panels with glazing trays, louvres or other specialist glazing materials.
Designed to be safe and secure, Exlabesa curtain walling has the pressure plate applied with secure fixings along its length or width, finished with secure snap-on cappings, all securing the glass and providing excellent weather performance.
Personalisation Options
Our bespoke-made Exlabesa ECW-50 curtain walling offers virtually unlimited options for design, with square or rectangular designs, raked or gable heads, faceted on plan, corner designs and many other styles. We offer a range of RAL, BS or Syntha Pulvin colours in satin, matt or gloss. All come professionally coated, providing protection for the aluminium profiles and a low-maintenance surface finish.
Glass options comprise safety glass as standard, upgraded to laminated glass, solar control, acoustic or customised with manifestation lines.
